News: Attention all users. There has recently been a mishap which caused many users accounts to be deleted or set to Guest, but keeping all posts in tact. If your account was deleted, you must re-register. For all current posts with deleted accounts, they will say they were posted by Guest. Also, it seems all post counts have been reset. Hope you get this. You really need to put a noticeable link to the forum on your Web site. The USA forum is full of people and activity but this one is is need of some promotion.

I believe here is a great need for this kind of forum in Britain. So many people just accept the advice from the NHS. Often his advice is poor, the service minimal and often the aids provided are sub standard or badly fitted.

People need more informationto help them choose what is best for them and the best people to give that is their fellow citizen's.

Hearing loss is a relative condition. There are several different variables in the process of hearing. Hearing loss refers to a condition where certain volumes and frequencies of sound may not be audible to an individual. Generally speaking, a person with hearing loss needs things to be louder in order to hear them.
