News: Attention all users. There has recently been a mishap which caused many users accounts to be deleted or set to Guest, but keeping all posts in tact. In a landmark ruling for common sense, which can be read here http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Admi/2010/629.html and which was reported by the Independent here http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/hearing-aid-man-wins-porn-case-appeal-1930448.html, hearing aid dispenser Jason Saunders won his High Court bid to salvage his career.

High Court Judge Mrs Justice Nicola Davies ruled that the Hearing Aid Council's findings were flawed and the penalty was excessive. In her judgment, she substituted a 6 month suspension for erasure, while reducing the costs order from £30,000 to zero.
