As someone who`s life has been blighted by the curse of personal hi-fi players , playing music far too loud , I would find them not guilty as it is the individuals own health and safety risk assesment that needs to be addressed here .No company forced me to turn up the volume , it was my own choice , it doesn`t matter who makes the instruments , the user still needs to use his or her own discretion and should not be looking for a scapegoat to blame when things go pear shaped
I agree, I'm sure everyone has been told from an early age not to "blast" music. It's their choice not to listen, and I don't think any particular company should be at fault.
