News: Attention all users. There has recently been a mishap which caused many users accounts to be deleted or set to Guest, but keeping all posts in tact. If your account was deleted, you must re-register. For all current posts with deleted accounts, they will say they were posted by Guest. Also, it seems all post counts have been reset. I would just like to pass on my comments regarding Hayden the Audiologist who is attending me.
 
Hayden is a very presentable young man with good social manners.  He is extremely polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him.
 
I have had a few teething problems with my hearing aids but I am extremely satisfied with the way The Company  have dealt with them.
 
All too often people are quick to complain and so to praise, so I would be grateful if you could pass my comments on.
