Just to say hi to anyone on here.

I am partially deaf and am using 2 Phonak Audio Yes V's.

So far i am very impressed with Phonak in general and would be pleased with my HA's  IF and it's a big IF I could get my right HA working properly. Boy am I sick of being so near yet so far from good hearing again Cry

It keeps fading in and out, had it replaced once but the same thing is happening. Thought it was me so I swapped the HA's over but that proved it was the aid as the problem moved as well.

For a new aid costing so much it is very disappointing, specially when I am back to asking people to repeat things again Embarrassed

About a month ago now, Audi is coming this week o try & sort out but the girl on the phone said he only has a half hour. I told her what if it takes longer? She he may stay longer if required. The worst thing is the fault is intermittent so, it  may not happen while he is here.
